In this module, you will create space to acknowledge the invisible losses and complex emotions of infertility. Together, we will explore how to name what feels unspoken, honor your experiences, and begin reframing your journey with compassion. This module introduces practical strategies to help you manage the stress and uncertainty of infertility. You will learn about different types of coping- emotional, cognitive, and behavioral- and discover tools that support mind, body, and relationships. Through guided worksheets and activities, you will begin building a personalized toolkit that feels both realistic and supportive.
In this final module, you will explore ways to reconnect with your sense of self and nurture hope while living with infertility. Together, we will reflect on identity beyond this journey, recognize the strengths you’ve gained, and gently consider possible next steps.
